We collect the details you give us (name, contact, country, case details, documents and messages) to run the service.

Case details, documents and messages are shared only with the other party to the case. MiLAWYER staff access them only to resolve disputes, investigate reports, or meet legal obligations.

Questions you ask Tima are sent to our AI provider to generate an answer and are not stored by MiLAWYER. Don't include ID numbers.

Subscription card payments are processed by our card payment partner on its own secure page. Card numbers never reach MiLAWYER; we keep a record of each payment and its receipt.

We use a cookie to keep you signed in and your device's storage to remember that you accepted the opening notice.

You can ask for a copy of your data or for your account to be deleted by contacting support.
