Section 117: Public debt.
In force, as amendedThe Constitution of Sierra Leone, 1991, Sierra Leone
(1) The public debt of Sierra Leone shall be secured on the revenues and assets of Sierra Leone.
(2) In this section reference to the public debt of Sierra Leone includes reference to the interest on that debt, sinking
fund payments in respect of that debt and the costs, charges and expenses incidental to the management of that debt.
