Section 182: Legal proceedings.
In force, as amendedThe Constitution of Sierra Leone, 1991, Sierra Leone
Subject to the provisions of sections 183 and 184 legal proceedings pending immediately before the coming into
force of this Constitution before any Court, including civil proceedings by or against the Government, shall not be
affected by the coming into force of this Constitution and may be continued accordingly.
