Section 192: Commencement of Act No. 6 of 1991.

This Act shall come into operation on the 1st day of October, 1991, following the issuance of a certificate by theSpeaker in the form set out in the Fourth Schedule that the provisions of section 55 or the existing Constitution have
been complied with.
