Section 61: Constitution of offices.
In force, as amendedThe Constitution of Sierra Leone, 1991, Sierra Leone
Subject to the provisions of this Constitution and of any Act of Parliament, the President may constitute offices
for Sierra Leone, make appointments to any such office and terminate any such appointment.
