Section 82: Clerk of Parliament.
In force, as amendedThe Constitution of Sierra Leone, 1991, Sierra Leone
(1) There shall be a Clerk of Parliament who shall be appointed by the President acting in consultation with the
Public Service Commission, and shall be responsible for the administration of Parliament.
(2) The office of the Clerk of Parliament and the offices of the members of his staff shall be public offices.
