(1) Legal practitioners may engage in partnerships. (2) Two or more legal practitioners may agree to share
professional expenses, either in proportion to their receipts or in any
other way and may agree to share professional receipts or agree that
any one or more of them shall assume responsibility for the
professional work of the other or others.
