Failure to comply with these Rules shall be regarded asunprofessional, dishonorable or unworthy conduct and, if so found
by a Disciplinary Committee, shall render the legal practitioner liable
to be punished in accordance with the provisions of the Legal
Practitioners Act, 2000.
