Section 12, The Companies Act, 2009

The Commission shall have a fund which shall be used tofinance its activities, including–
(a) moneys appropriated by Parliament for the
purposes of the Commission;
(b) any loans raised by the Commission ;
(c) grants or gifts from any person or
organisation; and
(d) moneys accruing to the Commission in the
course of its operations.
