Section 219, The Companies Act, 2009
In forceThe Companies Act, 2009, Sierra Leone
The following persons shall be disqualified from beingdirectors:–
(a) a person under the age of 18 years;
(b) a lunatic or person of unsound mind;
(c) a person who is an undischarged bankrupt;
(d) a person convicted, whether in Sierra Leone
or elsewhere, of any offence involving fraud
or dishonesty or any offence in connection
with the promotion, formation or management
of a company.
