Section 24, The Companies Act, 2009

Subject to the provisions of section 23, the form of amemorandum of association of–
(a) a company limited by shares;
(b) a company limited by guarantee; and
(c) an unlimited company,
shall be as specified in Tables B, C and D respectively in the First
Schedule, or as near to that form as circumstances may permit.
