Section 426, The Companies Act, 2009

(1) The liquidator shall,within 21 days after hisappointment, deliver to the Commission for registration a notice of
his appointment in a form prescribed by the Commission.
(2) If the liquidator fails to comply with subsection (1) he
shall be guilty of an offence and be liable to a fine of Le.500,000 for
each day that the default continues.
