Section 484: This Part shall apply to–

(a) all companies incorporated outside Sierra Leone which, after the commencement of this Act, establish a place of business within Sierra Leone; and, (b) all companies incorporated outside Sierra Leone which have, before the commencement of this Act, established a place of business within Sierra Leone and continue to have an established place of business within Sierra Leone after the commencement.
