Section 512, The Companies Act, 2009

If any person or persons trade or carry on business underany name or title of which “Limited” or any contraction or imitation
of that word, is the last word, that person or those persons, unless
duly incorporated with limited liability shall be guilty of an offence
and be liable to a fine not exceeding Le500,000 for each day on which
that name or title has been used.
