Section 15, The Companies (Amendment) Act, 2014
In force, as amendedThe Companies (Amendment) Act, 2014, Sierra Leone
Section 46 of the Companies Act, 2009 is amended byrepealing and replacing subsection (7) with the following new
“(7) If a company fails to deliver to the Commission a
certified true copy of the order as required in
subsection (6), the company and any officer of the
company who is in default, shall be liable to a default
fine not exceeding Le.5,000,000.00"
