Section 25, The Companies (Amendment) Act, 2014
In force, as amendedThe Companies (Amendment) Act, 2014, Sierra Leone
Section 96 of the Companies Act, 2009 is amended byrepealing and replacing subsection (2) by the following new
“(2) If a company contravenes any of the provisions
of this section, the company and any officer in default
ahall be liable to a daily default fine of Le850,000.00
and any resolution passed in contravention of this
section shall be void.”
