Section 27: Section 110 of the Companies Act, 2009 is amended as
In force, as amendedThe Companies (Amendment) Act, 2014, Sierra Leone
(a) in sub paragraph (i) of paragraph (b) of
subsection (1) by repealing and replacing the
word “stamped” with the word “registered”.
(b) in subsection (2) by deleting “Le500,000.00”
and substituting “Le 850,000,.00”
