Section 33, The Companies (Amendment) Act, 2014
In force, as amendedThe Companies (Amendment) Act, 2014, Sierra Leone
Section 173 of the Companies Act, 2009 is amended insubsection (2) by repealing and replacing that subsection with the
“(2) If default is made in complying with this section,
the company and every officer of the company who
is in default shall be liable to a default fine not
exceeding Le5,000,000.00”
