Section 41: Section 204 of the Companies Act, 2009, is amended as

(a) in subsection (1) by deleting the words “forwarded to “and substituting the words “registered with” (b) in subsection (5) by repealing and replacing “(5) If a company fails to comply with subsection (3) of this section, the company and every officer of the company who is in default shall be liable to a default fine not exceeding Le5,000,000.00.
