Section 43: Section 211 of the Companies Act, 2009 is amended as
In force, as amendedThe Companies (Amendment) Act, 2014, Sierra Leone
(a) in subsection (1) by inserting the word
“public” immediately after the word “Every”
(b) in subsection (2) by inserting the word
“public” immediately after the word “Any”
