Section 51: Section 247 of the Companies Act, 2009 is amended as

(a) in subsection (4) by inserting the words “file with” immediately after the words “subsection (5)” (b) in subsection (7) by repealing and replacing “(7) If any inspection required under this section is refused, or if default is made in complying with subsections (1), (2), and (4), the company and every officer of the company in default shall be liable to a default fine not below Le 3,000,000 and not exceeding Le 6,000,000.00”
