Section 55: Section 320 of the Companies Act, 2009 is amended as
In force, as amendedThe Companies (Amendment) Act, 2014, Sierra Leone
(a) by repealing and replacing subsection (5)
with the following new subsection–
“(5) If a company fails to comply with this
section or sections 317, 318 or 319 the
company and every officer of the company
who is in default shall be liable to a daily
default fine of Le 850,000.00”
(b) by repealing subsection (6)
