Section 13 (2), The Crown Lands Ordinance, 1960

In every building lease granted under this Ordinance, thereshall by virtue of this Ordinance be implied, unless such covenants are therein expressly varied or excepted, covenants by the grantee – (a) that he will erect the building specified in the lease in the manner and within the period of time therein provided; (b) that he will provide drainage and water supply in full compliance with all such regulations and rules relating to the provision of drainage and water supply as are applicable to the premises, or as may otherwise be required; (c) that he will maintain the buildings erected on the premises in good and substantial repair.
