Section 15 (2), The Crown Lands Ordinance, 1960

(1) Every covenant, whether expressed or implied,contained in any grant under this Ordinance, shall, unless an express provision to the contrary is contained in the grant, be binding upon all persons claiming an interest in the land which is the subject of such grant, and whose title is derived through or under the grantee. (2) Any minor who becomes a grantee under this Ordinance shall be in the same position with regard to his liability and obligation under or in respect of his grant as if he were of full age.
