The grantor or any person appointed by the grantor in thatbehalf may, without prejudice to the right of the Crown to recover rent in arrear in any other way, sue for the same, together with the penalty (if any) which may be payable under the last preceding section, and such suit may be instituted in the Supreme Court or in a Magistrate’s court.
