Section 26 (2), The Crown Lands Ordinance, 1960

No lease under this Ordinance or under any Ordinancerepealed by this Ordinance which contains a covenant, whether express or implied, the lessee not to assign without the consent of the grantor shall be sold by or under the orders of any Court in execution of a decree or otherwise howsoever, except to a purchaser approved by the grantor.
