Section 37, The Crown Lands Ordinance, 1960

Any lessee of, or person who holds a licence to occupyand use, any Crown land who shall allow any fire to spread from the land so leased or occupied and used by him to any other land, whether such other land be Crown land or private property, shall be guilty of an offence and liable, on summary conviction, to a fine not exceeding fifty pounds.
