Section 11 (2), An Act to amend the Crown Lands Ordinance, 1960

Every new building shall be constructed in accordancewith the provisions of this Ordinance and of any Rules made thereunder. A building shall be deemed to be new whenever the external walls thereof have not been carried higher than the footings previously to the day on which this Ordinance shall come into operation. Any other building shall be deemed to be an old building.
