Section 2 (3), An Act to amend the Crown Lands Ordinance, 1960

Section 9 of the Provinces Land Act is hereby amended bythe repeal and replacement of paragraph (e) thereof by the following new paragraph– “(e) is registered in the office of the Administrator and Registrar-General within three months after being executed by both parties.” Passed in the House of Representatives this 7th day of May, in the year of Our Lord one thousand nine hundred and sixty-five.
