Section 20 (2), An Act to amend the Crown Lands Ordinance, 1960

Any person neglecting to give notice for seven days afterthe commencement or completion of any building, or of .any repair, addition or alteration thereto, shall be deemed to have committed an offence under this Ordinance, and shall for such offence be liable, upon summary conviction, to a penalty not exceeding one hundred pounds.
