Section 29, An Act to amend the Crown Lands Ordinance, 1960

If such owner can be found within the city, and if ondemand of the expenses aforesaid, he neglect or refuse to pay the
same, then such expenses, upon proof thereof before the Magistrate,
may be levied by distress, and the Magistrate may issue his warrant
for the levy to be made accordingly.
