Section 35, An Act to amend the Crown Lands Ordinance, 1960

The owner of any building having any roof made ofmaterials contrary to the provisions of the last preceding section of this Ordinance, shall be guilty of an offence, and shall be liable, upon summary conviction, to a penalty not exceeding one hundred pounds, and to a further penalty of ten pounds for each day that the offence continues.
