The Minister may make grants of Crown Landsin such manner and subject to such conditions
as may be required and as he may deem proper”.
4. Section 5 of the principal Ordinance is hereby amended by
the insertion therein immediately after the words “by the Minister” of
the words “or a public officer authorised by him in that behalf”.
