Such fence if made with wood in any of the First, Second, Third and Fourth Sections of the Central Ward, or in the First Section of the East Ward, or in the First Section of the West Ward shall be of, wood cut in uniform widths and fixed, at uniform distances and shall be secured with nails or screws and not with rope or withes.
