Section 43 (2), An Act to amend the Crown Lands Ordinance, 1960

In the demarcation of country lands, beacons shall be placed at allchanges of direction of the boundary, except where the point of change of direction is obstructed by a building standard in a town or village plot, in which case the procedure prescribed in regulations 52 and 53 shall be followed.
