Section 75, An Act to amend the Crown Lands Ordinance, 1960

If the deposit shall, owing to the fault of the applicant or underestimationof the cost or form any reasonable cause, be insufficient to cover the cost of survey, the balance shall be recovered from the applicant and if the deposit exceeds the total cost of the survey, the balance shall be refunded to the applicant on the completion of the work.
