Section 78: Upon application at the Cadastral Branch of the Director of Surveys and

Lands Office, any person shall be allowed to inspect, during the hours of public
business a copy of any plan submitted under section 15 of the Ordinance. The fee
for inspection for each period of half-an-hour or part thereof shall be two shillings
and sixpence.
