Section 84, An Act to amend the Crown Lands Ordinance, 1960

Licensed surveyors shall obtain a certificate of standardization of theirtapes at least once a year. For the certificate of standardization, the fees specified in the Second Schedule shall be paid in advance. Whenever a tape is repaired it shall be standardized before use. Standards of length shall be maintained at the office of the Director of Surveys and Lands at Freetown where tapes will be standardized during office hours after giving one day’s notice.
