Section 3, The Transfer of Defence Lands Ordinance, 1961

(1) Subject as hereinafter provided, as from the secondday of April, 1961, the scheduled Defence lands shall be transferred to and vest absolutely in the Government. (2) Subject as hereinafter provided, every person having or claiming any right, title, estate or interest, use or trust whatsoever in or to or out of the scheduled Defence lands shall, as from the date of the vesting of the said lands in the Government, be forever barred of all such right, title, estate, interest, use or trust notwithstanding any provision of law, usage, matter or thing to the contrary.
