Section 49: Repeal and savings.

The Acts mentioned in the first column of the Schedule are hereby repealed to the extent specified in the second
column:
Provided that any action instituted or permit issued under any enactment repealed by the section shall continue in
force, as if the same had been instituted, issued or made under this Act.
