Section 15: Prisoner to be told cause of arrest.

Except where the person arrested is in the actual course of the commission of a crime or is pursued immediatelyafter escape from lawful custody, the constable or other person making the arrest shall inform the person arrested of the cause of the arrest, and if the constable or other person is acting under the authority of a warrant, shall notify the substance thereof to the person to be arrested, and if so required shall show him the warrant.
