Section 157: Special jurors.
RepealedTHE CRIMINAL PROCEDURE ACTS, 1965, Sierra Leone
The Magistrate in settling the lists shall mark off the names of such persons as he shall deem suitable to serve as
special jurors in each district. No person shall be exempted from serving as a common juror by reason of being
marked as a special juror.
