Section 159: Justice of the Peace to assist Magistrate.

Whenever, in the exercise of any of the duties here inbefore imposed upon the Magistrate, he may consider itexpedient so to do, he may call to his aid any Justice or Justices of the Peace having jurisdiction within his district, and such Justice shall thereupon, unless they are prevented from attending by good and sufficient reasons, attend at the time and place named by such Magistrate, and aid and assist him in his duties as aforesaid.
