Section 167: Registrar.
RepealedTHE CRIMINAL PROCEDURE ACTS, 1965, Sierra Leone
The Sheriff shall cause to be delivered to the Registrar of the Court a panel containing the names, occupations
and places of residence of the persons so summoned, a copy of which shall be affixed by the Registrar in the Court
Hall.
