Section 173: Inquests.
RepealedTHE CRIMINAL PROCEDURE ACTS, 1965, Sierra Leone
All person qualified as jurors under this Act shall be liable to serve as such, not only at any session of the
Supreme Court within the district for which they shall have been appointed, but also upon any Coroner's jury, when
summoned to attend thereon.
