Section 179: Trial of challenges for cause.

Every challenge for cause, if objected to by the opposite party, shall be tried and determined by the Courtwithout a jury, and the person challenged shall be examined on oath and shall be required to answer on oath, all
lawful questions relating to the trial of the challenge.
