Section 198: Jury to consider their verdict.
RepealedTHE CRIMINAL PROCEDURE ACTS, 1965, Sierra Leone
(1) After the summing up, the jury shall consider their verdict, and for that purpose may retire.(2) Except with the leave of the Court, no person other than a juror shall speak to or hold any communication with
any member of the jury while the jury are considering their verdict.
