Section 200: Procedure where jury differ.
RepealedTHE CRIMINAL PROCEDURE ACTS, 1965, Sierra Leone
(1) If the jury are not unanimous, the Judge may require them to retire for further consideration.(2) After such period as the Judge considers reasonable the jury may deliver their verdict, or state that they are not
unanimous.
