Section 204: Retrial of accused after discharge of jury.
RepealedTHE CRIMINAL PROCEDURE ACTS, 1965, Sierra Leone
Whenever the jury is discharged, the accused person shall be detained in custody or released on bail, as the casemay be, and shall be tried by another jury.
