Section 227: Penalty for signing false certificate.
RepealedTHE CRIMINAL PROCEDURE ACTS, 1965, Sierra Leone
If any person knowingly and wilfully signs any false certificate or declaration required by sections 224 and 225he shall be guilty of a misdemeanour and on conviction hereof shall be liable to imprisonment for any period not
exceeding two years.
